Highlights of the new application are:

• The new application fee is $150.

• Refundable damage deposit is $500

• Maximum cap on rentals at any one time 20%, or 8 units.

• Owners who do not respond to Board compliance requests are subject to fines

If a non-approved rental is in progress please report to Gulf Breeze Management or BOD.
